Ice Cream Crepes
1 1/2 c. flour
1 TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 TBSP margarine, melted
Put liquids into a blender, then add dry ingredients and blend until smooth. Cook on a medium heat skillet, then cool. Fill with ice cream and hot fudge sauce.
