Meatloaf on Foccasia

This is an easy way to use leftover meatloaf: slice it and use it in a sandwhich!  This particular sandwhich is excellent.

Foccassia Bread (or my Mancatchers Recipe)
BBQ Sauce
Lettuce (optional)
American Cheese (optional)
